Welcome to our holiday home "De olle Dörpschool" in
in Boek, a district of the municipality of Rechlin.
Our two modernly equipped holiday flats offer space for a total of up to 10 people. Each apartment has a fireplace and central heating, so that it is also cosy with us in the cooler seasons. The more than 1000 m², fully fenced property offers plenty of space for sports and games. A large trampoline, a table tennis table and a children's swing are available for our guests, as well as a barbecue and a handcart. You will find enough space on the property for your bicycles, surfboards or canoes. You can park your car conveniently and free of charge directly on the property.
In the direct or immediate vicinity of the holiday home, you can go on great bike tours, go fishing, surfing, canoeing, swimming, hiking A surfing school and the bathing beach are only about a 10-minute walk away, the entrance to the Müritz National Park is only a 5-minute walk away. The bus of the national park line stops directly in the village and takes you to Waren. You can also take the boat from the Bolter Kanal jetty to Waren or go on one of the popular Müritz round trips. Some of the many excursion destinations are the bear forest in Stuer, the trolley track in Karow, the canoe base in Mirow and the Müritzeum in Waren. Nothing stands in the way of a holiday for two, Easter with the whole family or New Year's Eve with friends. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The district of Boek belongs to the municipality of Rechlin and is located in the south of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rechlin has been a state-recognised resort in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since 2010. A total of just over a dozen people currently live there, so visitors can really relax and unwind. The landscape is characterised by a lot of forest and water. Rechlin is also connected to the rivers Elbe and Havel by lakes and water canals.

Rechlin is also known for the Müritz National Park in the north, which was founded in 1990 and is still Germany's largest terrestrial national park. The southern entrance is in the district of Boek, which is the best-known and most popular district of Rechlin for the holidaymakers who come every year because of several other sights and the beautiful landscape.
