The 105 sqm main apartment in the detached house with granny annexe is ideal for six people, but could also be bedded up for one more person. The sunny and quiet non-smoking holiday home offers you maximum privacy, in the middle of a quiet residential area. You can enjoy the benefits of a detached family home from the moment you arrive. These include the garden on a slope, the seating on the benches - either in front of the house or on the shady balcony by the living room - with a magnificent view over the Sauerland landscape panorama. Often it is the little things, such as the free use of the massive double garage for your vehicles that give you the feeling "Here I am at home".
The holiday home is sophisticatedly furnished, there is parquet flooring in the living room and cork flooring in the master bedrooms. The floors of the kitchen, hallway and bathroom are tiled. In addition to the high-quality equipment on site, you can also expect more than standard in the ancillary services. These include free wireless internet access and also the Bose home cinema system would like to be mentioned.
In addition to your vehicle, you can of course safely store all your sports equipment in the double garage during your stay.

Simply perfect!!!!!
I would like to say that it was just great and perfect, the house is perfectly furnished and super clean, there is nothing missing
The Sorpesee is only a few minutes walk away and there are beautiful hiking trails from the front door.
We will definitely come back.
