To rent a well-kept holiday house in Pula-Vodnjan for 7-9 persons with pool of 24 m2. The house consists of two apartments (ground floor and first floor) and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two cakes, a living room, a large covered balcony and a terrace in garden spread over 260 m2 of living space.
In garden is barbecue, pool, sunbathing, private parking in Hoff.
House is equipped with Internet w-lan, Sattv, air conditioning, bed linen and towels.
It is ideal for a large family or friendly families. . The whole thing is fenced.

VODNJAN / DIGNANO is a small town in the south-west of Istria, km from Pula, at an altitude of 135 meters. It is an area of ancient traditions that evolve on the remains of the prehistoric fortresses that have existed since ancient times in the wider area. VODNJAN / DIGNANO managed to preserve its distinctive characteristics of a medieval urban and rural center, so that today it resembles a man with a rich history. Its wide area with countless characteristic kažuni or casite (small stone houses) built in the technique of the dry walls, which are property, testify to a millennium of its inhabitants, who are active in agriculture, mainly olive cultivation and viticulture as the basis of their own material prosperity.

Sehr schönes Haus. Tolle Vermieter
Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus.
Pool würde alle 2 Tage vom überaus gastfreundlichen Vermieter gereinigt.
Alles bestens.
Danke Aurelio für die schöne Zeit in eurem Haus.
Haus ist Tip Top sauber.
Auch unsere Kaution wurde ohne Aufforderung am Abreisetag zurück gezahlt.
Kommen bestimmt Mal wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern, 5 Boxern !!!!
Wir waren mit zwei Familien, siehe Titel, in Urlaub.
Trotz eines Missverständnisses bei der Buchung vor einem Jahr !! war es überhaupt kein Problem statt mit einer Familie und 4 Hunden mit 2 Familien und 5 Hunden im Haus einzuziehen, die Vermieterin war überrascht aber es war ok für sie da es ein Hauspreis ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, er kommt 2x die Woche zum Pool reinigen, welcher ca 1,30m tief ist - perfekt für unsere kinder, mit Schwimweste. Überdachte Terassen unten und oben, ein grosser Grill ist vorhanden, 2 Autos passen ohne Probleme auf das komplett eingezäunte (Mauer ca 1,10m ) Grundstück. Insidertipps gibts jederzeit vom Vermieter.
Die Bewertung die von Urlaub mit Hund abrät ist absolut nicht zu verstehehen!!
Wer mit seinen Hunden Gassi geht statt sie sich im Garten entleeren lässt und dafür sorgt das die in Kroatien üblichen Wolldecken von den Hunden verschont bleiben hat in dieser Unterkunft kein Problem mit seiner Kaution. Trotz zerfetzter Gardine !!!! Hundekotbeutel muss man ausreichend selber mitbringen.
Wenns der Hund bei der Hitze ein bischen weiter schafft geht's auch mal ohne.
Das Haus war perfekt sauber, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage für Hundeurlaub perfekt (Pula 10 min). Die Terasse durch kleine Olivenbäume beschattet.
Für uns seit langem wieder mal ein perfekter Urlaub!! Nur zu empfehlen !!

Top maintained house. Nothing was missing, quiet location yet central to get to Pula, Medulin or Rovinj. 10 minutes by car to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the shops. Very nice landlords. Ideal for people with dogs, as you can go for a walk in the field in 2 minutes. Everything without complaint.

Achtung für Hundebesitzer und Kleinkinder
Wir haben das Haus mit 7 Erwachsenen 3 Kindern und 4 Hunden gemietet. Am Ende haben wir die Kaution von 200,- Euro nicht erstattet bekommen. Hundehaare. Es wurden Fotos in unserer Abwesenheit gemacht von Hundehaufen die bei Abreise bereits entfernt waren. Desweiteren von Beschädigungen in der Küche im Flur im Treppenhaus usw die bereits vorhanden waren!! Haben bereits viele Urlaube mit Hunden gemacht. Bitte aber nicht in dieser Unterkunft

Sehr zu emofehlen
Wir,dass sind mein Mann u ich,unsere zwei kinder ( 6 und 3 Jahte)und unsere drei Hunde haben mit einem befreundeten Paar und deren Hund das Ferienhaus besucht.Es war ausergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt.Es liegt sehr schön am Dorfrand.Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich .Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.Auch die Lage des Hauses ist klasse.Zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit und auch sonst kann man vieles ohne lange Fahrzeit unternehmen.
Wir waren begeistert!!!!!
