Description

A private swimming pool with a large play and deck area invites you to swim, play or relax. Very nice, modern furnished villa with a large, partially covered balcony. It is located in a unique coastal area, in the Natural Park (Sierra d`Irta). The location is very quiet, no through traffic, no industry. The house belongs to a small urbanization of 12 villas. Most of these villas are inhabited year-round. The 2400 m2 large property is securely fenced and an oasis of peace in nature. You live in the house with garden / pool of course alone. In addition to the shower by the pool is attached to the house, closed hot shower with toilet and a small laundry room with fully automatic washing machine available. For grilling is an outdoor kitchen with a large gas kettle grill, a gas hob and a sink available. The driveway to the house is illuminated at night. With the romantic garden lighting, you can enjoy an evening in the evening with a glass of wine in the garden.

Location and surroundings of object

There are both sunny and shaded by large trees places. The privacy is absolutely guaranteed because no built-up land directly adjacent. The sea can be seen from the upper part of the property or from the large roof terrace. From the lower part of the plot, large trees prevent the view of the sea, but there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the rest of the landscape of the park. Sexy bays, partly pebbly, partly sandy, partly full of shells, well suited for swimming / bathing, are accessible via narrow natural paths on foot in a few minutes (bathing shoes recommended). The seaside resort of Alcossebre / Las Fuentes is just 4 km away. It offers everything that is needed for a successful holiday: well-kept, gently sloping sandy beaches, Mediterranean promenades, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, marina, discos. Sports activities such as water sports, tennis, fishing, hiking, cycling, excursions are on offer. There are no high houses here. The place is not sophisticated, rather a large Mediterranean village and therefore very pleasant and family friendly. It is nestled between two nature parks and a 500-meter-high coastal mountains and is an insider tip for a relaxing holiday in Spain. The Sierra d'Irta nature reserve is fully developed by hiking and biking trails in the mountains or the sea along from Las Fuentes / Alcossebre to Peniscola. The hiking and cycling trails lead past the house. From Alcossebre to Peniscola there is a hiking trail and a cycle path along the sea. From the house it is about 3 km to Las Fuentes / Alcossebre or 17 km to Peniscola.

Cancellation terms:

  • Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch Storniert (kündigt) der Mieter den Vertrag vor dem Mietbeginn, ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen der dem Vermieter genehm ist und der einen neuen Vertrag zu denselben Konditionen mit dem Vermieter abschließt, sind als Entschädigung die folgenden anteiligen Mieten (ausschließlich der Endreinigung) zu entrichten: Kündigung - bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises - bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises - bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises - bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises - ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises. Falls der Mieter einen Nachmieter benennen kann, so steht es dem Mieter frei diesen Nachmieter zu akzeptieren oder auszuschlagen. Mit einem Nachmieter muss in jedem Fall ein neuer Vertrag abgeschlossen werden. Falls der Mieter keinen, dem Vermieter genehmen, Nachmieter benennen kann ist der Vermieter bemüht das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten. Erst wenn ein neuer Vertrag vorliegt und der Nachmieter den geforderten Mietpreis oder die Anzahlung bezahlt hat, wird die bereits bezahlte Miete respektive die Anzahlung abzüglich einem Unkostenbeitrag von 50 € zurückerstattet. Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich, mittels eingeschriebenen Briefs per Post, erfolgen. Zusätzlich ist die Kündigung per Telefon, SMS oder Email dem Vermieter anzukündigen. Maßgeblich für die Berechnung der Zahlung ist der Tag des Zugangs der schriftlichen Kündigung bei der Vermieteradresse.

Pure holiday!

The pictures do not promise too much. On site, it is even more beautiful than the description promises. The house itself impresses with its unique location and clean and well-maintained furnishings. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired
But the best thing for us as a family with children was the beautiful spacious garden with the large pool (all kinds of play equipment for the outdoor area are also available). Shady spots are provided by the two great, huge pine trees.
A few minutes walk and you reach the coast with hidden and idyllic pebble and sandy bays and also rocky sections. The coast not only invites you to swim, but also to go for walks and hikes
The contact with the landlords in advance, as well as the support on site, was very nice and the organisational process was well regulated
All in all, we had a very nice holiday that we will remember for a long time. We will definitely come back soon
Highly recommended.
