Description
The exclusive flat is located on the 2nd floor and is m² in size. The space is divided into two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and dining area. Up to 4 people with a small child will find plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. You can easily reach the flat via the lift.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and includes a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and various cooking and eating utensils. All in all, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From the spacious, light-flooded living room you can step directly onto the sunny balcony and enjoy your holiday.
What could be nicer than enjoying the evening with a glass of wine after a wonderful day? Two modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system and a large selection of books and board games provide entertainment. A free Wi-Fi connection connects you to the "REST of the WORLD" even on holiday.
Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth in the living and bathroom areas. The entire flat has a wipe-clean floor covering. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobes and two bedside tables each. Of course, all duvets and pillows are washable.
This is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.
A washing machine can be used free of charge if required, an iron and an ironing board are available.
You can park your car in a permanently allocated parking space in a carport. In a lockable shed, accessible only to you, you can safely store your bicycles, air mattress, handcart or similar.

The holiday flat is about 300 m from the fine sandy shallow Baltic Sea beach. The EDEKA shop is open daily (in the season from ) with fresh bread rolls and everything you need. The shop and a children's playground are only about 50m away. For further shopping, our surrounding villages offer all possibilities.

Simply great
Very nice apartment. Very comfortable and super clean. The reception by Mrs. Henning was very friendly and warm. If there are any problems, she is helpful and available. Always happy to come back.

Traumwohnung
Wir haben zur Kieler Woche ein Domizil gesucht, das wir für 2 Pärchen zu einem annehmbaren Preis buchen konnten. Dieses haben wir auf Empfehlung von Frau Silke Henning von der Appartementvermittlung Henning auch für nur einige Tage bekommen.
Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir konnten auch mit 4 Personen in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr komfortabel wohnen.
Vielen Dank an Frau Henning für diesen tollen Tipp.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben uns überlegt, dass man über Weihnachten und Silvester bestimmt super Tage verbringen kann.

Hervorragende Wohnung
Nach einer stressigen Anreise haben wir uns in der wunderschönen, geräumigen Ferienwohnung direkt nach der Ankunft entspannen können.
Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl. Dank auch an die Appartement Vermittlung Silke Henning, die uns herzlich willkommen hieß und alle Fragen geduldig beantworten konnte.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub. Haben direkt diese Wohnung reserviert.
