The Jökefine holiday home is located in a holiday village directly on Lake Dümmer in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
It is about 60 metres to the beach with its sunbathing lawn.
With its 72 square metres, the house offers enough space for two max. six people
In the wonderful landscape, guests can enjoy the peace and nature, relax and unwind. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking and cycling.
The lake is ideal for canoeing and small adventures. From June onwards, you can find various types of mushrooms such as chestnuts, porcini and chanterelles in the neighbouring forest
Chanterelles. Furthermore, you can fish very well at the lake, preferably pike, perch, carp, roach, eel, bream, catfish, etc
Wismar, with its historic old town on the Baltic Sea, is about 30 minutes away by car. Schwerin is about 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find a beautiful old town with many cafés, shops that invite you to stroll and linger, and of course the Schloßparkcenter for shopping. With its splendid restored castle and adjacent park, Schwerin is always worth a visit.
The house has three bedrooms
One room with a double bed. One room with a single bed and a children's room with a bunk bed as well as another sleeping possibility for two persons in the attic. A travel cot and high chair are available
In the living area there is a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and CD player. The new kitchen from 2017 leaves nothing to be desired. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster. The kitchen is very well and sufficiently equipped
The bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror as well as washing machine is on the ground floor. In the attic there is a guest toilet with washbasin. Here you will find a pull-out sofa bed, a PS2 console, a video recorder and a DVD player.
The windows on the ground floor are equipped with fly screens and external blinds.
In winter, gas central heating and a fireplace provide cosy warmth.
A canoe is available for guests. A boat can be provided on request.
The non-smoking house is particularly suitable for families with children. In bad weather, the attic (with TV) is ideal for playing. Various games and toys are available.
Of course, garden furniture, Weber charcoal grill and fire barrel belong to the house
Bicycles are available for the guests. A car port is available
WLan can be used free of charge.
The prices are for an occupancy with 2 persons.
From the 3rd person onwards, a surcharge of € 10.00 per day is due.
No extra costs for electricity, gas and water, no costs for , only a service charge of 30,00 € per booking

The holiday village Dümmer See is located approx. 18 km from the state capital Schwerin on the edge of a landscape conservation area. Motorway connection to the A 24 in Wittenburg approx. 15 km away
Surrounded by lake, forest and fields, there is heavenly peace and quiet. A bakery and a restaurant are on site. Shopping is in Wittenburg, approx. 12 km away.
