Our house (65sqm) has a bedroom with a double bed (2 single mattresses a 90 cm) and a children's room with 2 single beds ( meters), a living room with an open fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. At the house is a covered, as well as a
Sun terrace, and a car parking space. You can also use the on-site charcoal grill. 4 bicycles are also available on site.
Due to the modern air conditioning, it is very comfortable in the high summer in the bedrooms. A kitchen row with 3 gas cookers and a separate oven leaves nothing to be desired.
2 high quality beach chairs, as well as new garden furniture are located at the house.

The holiday house is located on a corner plot in a small access road. All needs of everyday life (shopping, pharmacy, veterinarian, etc.) are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
The house is surrounded by a quiet neighborhood (long term tenant and owner).
Free time activities can be reached from the house by bike or on foot (skydive, wind tunnel, kart track, bowling, butterfly park and discos).
The nature reserve (Aquamoll) can also be reached without a car.
The beach is 2 km away, the town with its main shopping street (fashion, souvenir, restaurant, bars) is about km away.
Bars and restaurants can also be found in the vicinity of the holiday home.

Schöne Urlaub
Haus sauber und sehr gemütlich. Strand super groß, Größe kostenloser Parkplatz. Bäckerei gegenüber. Kann nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful house for a family vacation
Very nice holiday home, with a large plot, in a private cul-de-sac. Everything very good, very clean and almost everything you need to have a great family vacation (unfortunately no washing machine). The area is nice and quiet and yet central to all possible shops/restaurants. Beach about 2km away from the house. We had a relaxing summer vacation.

Schönes, zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Zudem war der Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert, wir haben alles ordentlich und sauber angetroffen.
Da Fahrräder vorhanden sind ist es auch nicht schlimm, dass das Haus etwas vom Strand entfernt liegt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
