The Holiday home

Set near Manacor, this cottage with bags of character forms part of a former possession dated back to the 19th Century. It has been reformed carefully in 2015. The gravel garden includes a chill-out area with sofas, sun loungers, exterior shower, parasols and a Balinese bed. The pergola-covered sitting area with pool views is a nice spot for having a barbecue or a large breakfast. During hot summer days, you won't leave the private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.9m. Kids will enjoy the children's' pool (depth: 0.6m). The plot is fenced and, although there's one neighbor, you'll enjoy privacy and intimacy.

Indoors, this two-storey house is a mix of modern-cottage style and soft colored furniture. Two sitting rooms, both with TV (satellite channels in German and Spanish), are on the ground floor. One living room has a fireplace where you can enjoy a warm fire during colder autumn nights. The well-equipped kitchen includes a sitting area and a gas stove. The laundry is fitted with a washer, iron and ironing board. The stylish ground floor bedroom comes with a double bed, fan, shower bath en-suite and has access to the garden. Another shower bathroom can be found on the same floor.

Upstairs, we can find the remaining three bedrooms; all equipped with twin beds, fan and wardrobe or dressing room. Two have a shower bath en-suite and one has access to a terrace. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Another shower bathroom is on the first floor.

At Manacor center, you can try delicious traditional majorcan food at one of its fantastic restaurants, or go shopping. For golf lovers, you can play at La Reserva Rotana, only 1.4 km distance. The property is well connected, so you can easily visit different beaches like Porto Colom, Cala Magrana, Calas de Mallorca or Sa Coma. We highly recommend Cuevas del Drach caves.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 20 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
