The apartment is located on the 8th floor, on the north-western side of the Sterflat, right on the Boulevard. Suitable for wheelchairs, but not suitable for small children.

Pets are not allowed, even smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

We have been offering the completely renovated accommodation since the beginning of September 2017.

Since the balcony is sheltered under a canopy, use is possible almost all year.

For guests who are dependent on a wheelchair or walker, the apartment is freely accessible, but accompanied. The doors are broadened and there are no Drempel in the accommodation, also at the entrance door as well as the balcony door were adapted the Drempel. An extra bed for an accompanying person is possible in consultation.

You rent the accommodation including linens, so you can start and enjoy your stay relaxed. There is a very well equipped kitchen as well as inventory available.
