Air-conditioned, well-kept house for 6 people consisting of 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms with double beds (160cm x 200cm), living room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The large terrace offers enough space for sunbathing or you can relax under a shady pergola. In the small garden there are citrus trees and an outdoor shower. Relaxation beds with towel racks and chairs with a table are at your disposal on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful environment invites you to a long walk through vineyards, olive groves and pine forests. On this occasion, you can also explore the uninhabited side of the island in a westerly direction with its picturesque bays. Here you are one with the still very original nature. The center of Korcula is 4 km away. There you will find numerous restaurants, bars and plenty of opportunities for shopping, water sports, diving, tennis and surfing. The glacial sea is enjoyed by pebble beaches and some sandy beaches in Korcula and Lumbarda.
In the immediate vicinity is a small restaurant, where you can indulge yourself with delicious specialties of the area. A small supermarket and bakery are about 10 minutes walk away. Here you get the things of everyday life. Among the local producers you can get wine, rakija (grappa), liqueurs, olive oil and other typical specialties.

- Advance payments (30% of the booking price) will be retained as a cancellation fee. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
