Description
The quietly located vacation home was built in 2017 and offers a living space of about 100 m². It is surrounded by a property approximately 550 m² in size.
Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking house and on the property.
The vacation home is high-quality and tastefully furnished and has a free, furnished terrace.
In the cozy living and dining area with a sofa set, there is a dining table for 6 people, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with about 130 programs, satellite TV, DVD player, a stereo system, and access to the furnished terrace. 140 cm screen diagonal and 3D Blu-ray home cinema system, as well as internet WiFi.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer.
In the first bedroom, there is a double bed (approx. 1.80 x 2.00 m), in the second room, the children's room, there is a bunk bed (each approx. 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (approx. 1.40 x 2.00 m) available for use. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and a bathtub. Additionally, there is a guest toilet with a shower.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and all windows have external shutters.
A washing machine and a bike shed, as well as two parking spaces right at the house (carport) are also available.
The Baltic Sea beach is about a 25-minute walk away.
The laundry package, consisting of bed linen & towels, can be booked additionally or brought by guests. Deposit 100 Euro + tourist tax in cash upon arrival

This vacation home, with a large sun terrace, is equipped with patio furniture and offers plenty of space for guests. It features exterior shutters, washing machine, bathtub, Wi-Fi internet, 2 car parking spaces (carport for 2 cars), and a lockable bike shed.

The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous leisure activities. You have the opportunity to rent bicycles or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, go bowling, get a massage, go horseback riding in Trassenheide, or try kitesurfing and surfing in Ückeritz. In Zinnowitz, there is an indoor swimming pool. Additionally, you can jet ski or go to a tanning salon in Zinnowitz. Those who fancy playing golf will find a fine spot in Balm near the Achterwasser. Paragliders can take off in Heringsdorf, and kart racing enthusiasts can heat up the tires in Peenemünde. For a more peaceful leisure activity, the climbing forest in Ückeritz/Neu Pudagla offers exciting courses through the treetops. A family-friendly petting zoo is located in Wolgast on the mainland. Some recreational facilities are not open all year round, and in some cases, advance registration is necessary.

Ein Traumhaus
We felt very comfortable at Haus Frieda. It is tastefully furnished and very clean. The furnishings and equipment leave nothing to be desired. The spacious garden completes the overall package. I can absolutely recommend it!!!!
