Our very well-maintained holiday home is comfortable and tastefully furnished.
It has a living area of approx. 65 sqm with a 28 sqm roof terrace with views over the sea to the Pyrenees, a 12 sqm conservatory and a storage room with washing machine.
On the upper floor there is a shower room and two separate bedrooms, one with a french double bed of 1.40 m width. The other bedroom has a bunk bed (the upper mattress is 0.90m wide, the lower 1.40m wide). Sleeping possibilities for a total of 5 persons.
On the ground floor there is a WC, living-dining area with satellite TV (81 flat screen), stereo with CD player and corner couch, very well equipped corner kitchen with oven, four-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, AMC cooking pots, separate large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle.
The spacious, well-furnished terrace of approx. 40 sqm with brick barbecue and garden is enclosed with fence and hedges. The roof terrace with sea view is also furnished. Parking space belonging to the house approx. 30m away, within the residence, which is closed by a barrier.
The rental price includes NK, final cleaning and handover of keys at the house.
Baby travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Narbonne-Plage is a popular seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast in the south of France. It is an ideal starting point to enjoy the nearby dream beaches, to take part in the local entertainment, to discover the cultural riches and versatile sports and leisure activities.
Our holiday home is located on the edge of a quiet residential area directly at the foot of the romantic low mountain range and nature reserve "La Clape", which starts directly behind the terrace. A good starting point for walks and hikes.
It is only about 250 m to the wonderful flat sandy beach. The beach is shallowly sloping, which makes it a safe bathing place for children and families.
Narbonne-Plage offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés where you can enjoy local dishes and wines. You can walk 600m to the shopping facilities and the pedestrian zone with its varied gastronomy, daily markets in summer, live concerts and entertainment programmes. The town is famous for its fresh seafood, especially oysters , mussels and fish, freshly prepared in the many fish restaurants.
There are many activities you can do such as cycling, hiking, horse riding, surfing, kayaking. Also a wide range of children's playgrounds and activities to ensure that children also have a memorable holiday.
