Description
The flat is located in a quiet area on the 1st floor. The apartment building is accessible via a circular access road. There is no through traffic. There is a view of the natural surroundings from all rooms except the bathroom
The balcony can be reached via the spacious living room. It has a couch with ottoman and another couch. Both can be converted into two additional beds for overnight guests. A dining table with seating for up to six completes the homely ambience
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection oven and a microwave.
A bathtub with shower facility as well as a washing machine are located in the bathroom
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk.
The car can be parked in a locked underground garage with double parking. (entry restriction)
Despite the quiet location, the transport connections to the state capital are excellent. Due to the immediate proximity to the B173 and A17, the desired route can be reached without traffic jams and city traffic. Around the corner is a bus stop on line 333.
Dishes, towels and bed linen are part of the equipment, as well as a WLAN connection. All utilities are included.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
In Kesselsdorf there is a supermarket for daily needs, four bakeries, medical and gastronomic facilities and a 24-hour petrol station.
We speak English and Russian.

The centre of Dresden can be reached from Kesselsdorf in 15 minutes. In two minutes you are on the A17 and from here you can easily reach Prague, Leipzig and Chemnitz.

Great holiday flat!
The landlords are super nice and the flat is really great! Super clean and also very large. You have a view directly into the greenery and can therefore look at the beautiful city of Dresden, but back in the flat you can also get away from the city life. You can get to the city quickly and easily from the flat and with the underground garage, you don't have to leave your car outside in the wind and weather. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back again!

Holiday home very clean. I rarely experience such cleanliness. Super class. ? ? ? The furnishings are also top-notch. Everything you need is there. You can only feel comfortable here. ?
The location is also absolutely brilliant, as you can reach everything in no time by car. The landlord is very friendly and always available

A few minutes by car from Dresden, in a quiet residential area, lies this holiday home apartment. Ideal for a family of 4, little privacy for 6 people.

Dresden vacation
It was a very nice vacation. What was negative was the TV too small, 23 inches, the search for parking always half an hour. And the toilet is installed too low (unsuitable for seniors). There was only one bedroom available.

Das Appartement war alles in allem sehr schön, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Von der Ausstattung her war es so völlig in Ordnung. Auch an die Kleinen wurde gedacht. Preis Leistung absolut top. Die Lage super und die Umgebung lädt zu abendlichen Spaziergängen ein. Leider hätte unser Auto wohl nicht in die Tiefgarage gepasst, so dass nach längerer Parkplatzsuche immer ein kleiner Fussmarsch nötig war. War nicht wirklich schlimm. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter aber sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Mit Hund eine gute Adresse zur Besichtigung von Dresden und Umland!
Das Apartment ist modern ausgestattet und für einen Kurztrip super geeignet.
Leider passte unser Auto nicht in die Tiefgarage.
Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte. Eine super schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Einfach ankommen und fallen lassen. Sehr zentral an der Autobahn gelegen, um in sämtliche Richtungen für Tagesausflüge zu kommen. Eine ruhige Wohngegend, um abends einfach entspannt den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Ein eigener Stellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Also keine Parkplatzsuche. Sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von den regionalen Sehenswürdigkeiten war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt, hell und geräumig. Der Mietpreis angemessen. Aufgrund der verkehrsgünstigen Lage ist es kein Problem durch Sachsen zu touren (Dresden, Meißen, Bad Muskau, Moritzburg, Elbsandsteingebirge, Kriebethal, ...). Dank Tiefgarage ist auch das Fahrzeug sicher untergebracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und um das Wohl seiner Gäste außerordentlich bemüht.
