HOMEPAGEThe holiday chalet Panorama, built in 2007, is 205 sqm large. The chalet is flooded with sunlight and very exclusively furnished. You have a fantastic view from all windows. The approx. 50 sqm living room has a cosy dining area with a rustic Jockel table and a corner wooden bench for up to 11 people. The view goes to an open kitchen, which meets all requirements. A comfortable seating area invites you to relax. The music system, the DVD player and a SAT TV are a further feel-good factor. The peak of well-being is increased by the building technique in solid organic wood, an incomparable material of nature, and the designer tiled stove as a heat accumulator. Furthermore, 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 luxury bathrooms, a loft gallery and a wellness oasis with sauna and sports equipment are at your disposal. You will enjoy the wellness area, whether after skiing or hiking.

In the Nockberge National Park lies the Almdorf Falkertsee (altitude 1750 m - 1850 m) near Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Millstädter See lake. For your wellness you have best conditions in the thermal baths of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Besides the skiing area Falkertsee you should not miss the unique downhill runs of the Turracher Höhe, St. Oswalds and Bad Kleinkirchheim. In summer you will enjoy the hikes in the nature reserve Nockgebirge with its unique flora and the fantastic panoramic views.
Golf: Scenic golf club, Bad Kleinkirchheim-Patergassen. Course Kaiserburg: 18 hole championship, men 6074 m, ladies 5431 m, par 72,SSS 72. Practice centre Reichenau: 6 hole course, par 3 and par 4, range and all practice facilities, 60 teeing grounds, 800 sqm putting green, pitching and shipping green, practice bunker. Clubhouse with spacious restaurant and wonderful sun terrace. For enthusiastic hikers and golfers a unique possibility to practice both sports in the nature park 'Nockberge'. | The indicated weekly price is valid for occupancy up to 5 pers. per week. Each additional person costs 10 Euro/night. Electricity costs 30 cents per kilowatt and will be charged directly with the house management before departure. Additional variable costs for canal, water/waste basic price 75 Euro/week. Wood costs 30 Euro/week in summer and 60 Euro/week in winter. Local tax and accommodation fee per person over 16 years 2,00 Euro per day, bed linen and towels can be rented for Euro 15 per person and stay at the house management. |
