HOMEPAGE The vacation chalet Panorama, built in 2007, is 205 sqm. The chalet is flooded with sunlight and very exclusively furnished. You have a fantastic view from all windows. The approx. 1200 sqm garden offers plenty of space for relaxing and grilling. The 50-square-meter living room features a cozy dining area with a rustic trestle table and a corner wooden bench seating up to 11 people. The view opens up to a fully equipped kitchen that meets all requirements. A comfortable seating area invites relaxation. The music system, DVD player, and satellite TV add to the comfort factor. The peak of comfort is enhanced by the construction technique using solid organic wood, an incomparable natural material, and the designer tiled stove as a heat storage system. Furthermore, there are 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 luxury bathrooms, a loft gallery, and a wellness oasis with a sauna and exercise equipment at your disposal. You will enjoy the wellness area, whether after skiing or hiking.

For your wellness you have best conditions in the thermal baths of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Besides the skiing area Falkertsee you should not miss the unique downhill runs of the Turracher Höhe, St. Oswalds and Bad Kleinkirchheim. In summer you will enjoy the hikes in the nature reserve Nockgebirge with its unique flora and the fantastic panoramic views.

| The indicated weekly price is valid for occupancy up to 5 pers. per week. Each additional person costs 10 Euro/night. Electricity costs 30 cents per kilowatt and will be charged directly with the house management before departure. Additional variable costs for canal, water/waste basic price 75 Euro/week. Wood costs 30 Euro/week in summer and 60 Euro/week in winter. Local tax and accommodation fee per person over 16 years 2,00 Euro per day, bed linen and towels can be rented for Euro 15 per person and stay at the house management. |
