Kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed+ 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms (1xshower/WC; 1x bathtub/WC); washing machine/dryer available. Sauna. Cot/high chair available. Electric heating / heat pump / solar thermal. Large terrace with south-west orientation; garden surrounds the house on all sides. 2 parking spaces for cars; property is completely surrounded by fence.

Situated on the Salzhaff, in Pepelow at the end of the holiday settlement, unobstructed view of Salzhaff / Boiensdorf / Poel. Distance to beach (Salzhaff) 30m; Baltic Sea (Rerik) 8km; The Salzhaff is an ideal water sports/leisure area due to its shallow water depth. Surfing, kiting, canoeing/kayaking, SUP, sailing, fishing are possible all year round. Sports rental possibilities approx. 500m away (surfing/kiting school). The surrounding area also offers numerous possibilities: Rerik, Kühlungsborn, Poel or Wismar are also worthwhile in bad weather.

Great sea view, beautiful location, chic house, high quality equipment, highly recommended!
The house is situated on a great plot in the second row with a direct view of the Baltic Sea! It is furnished to a high standard and is in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are many other things (terrace furniture, parasol, sun loungers, charcoal barbecue), all windows have fly screens. The parking space can easily accommodate two vehicles. The way to the surf school is 600 metres directly on the beach.
Please note:
- The house has no WLAN, the mobile bandwidth is ~1,5MBit
- The beach is only suitable for swimming to a limited extent (shallow water and quite a lot of algae), but the view over the Salzhaff is a dream!
We had a great holiday and can only recommend the house!

A warm welcome You will never forget this incomparable view from the terrace over the Salzhaff and even the Baltic Sea. Wonderful holidays in a holiday home with all comforts, 30 metres from the shore. Numerous possibilities to explore the water and the hinterland are possible. Whether with your own equipment or for hire from the surfing/sailing/kite schools, the house offers ideal conditions for water sports. A large living room with open kitchen, large terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, washing machine/dryer and wood-burning stove leave nothing to be desired.
