Next to a wonderful villa from 1905 (all renovated) surrounded by trees, no view into the dreamy and well-kept garden, you will find this lovingly furnished holiday home, which used to be a servants' quarters. People who want to escape the noise and bustle will find a safe place in the historic Roman fort of Kellmünz on the Himmelsberg
THE BESIONDERE
In the main house there is a practice for energy work. If you have problems, physical or mental, burn-out, couple conflicts or if you are looking for the meaning of life, I am at your side as a therapist with many years of training. Healing singing bowl treatments, cupping and other healing treatments are also offered
Access for guests
The cottage has its own entrance and is next to the main house. A sauna, which guests are welcome to use for a fee, is located in the small garden house. A secluded garden offers retreat possibilities.

Location and surroundings of object
The location:
The cottage is situated in a historical park, remains of a Roman fort (365 AD) A farm for fresh milk, a church and some residential houses are in the neighbourhood
there are 3 pubs in the village. In Dettingen there is the "Café mit Herz", a cute café for nice hours. 2 bathing lakes are in 2 to 4 km distance, many beautiful cycle paths directly at the Iller and a mini golf course are in 5 minutes walking distance. A village shop can be reached in 8 minutes on foot
Transport:
There is a bus line that goes to Memmingen, Ilertissen and Ulm. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The A7 motorway is 4 km away. Memmingen airport is 18 km away.
Otherwise to note
CULTURE:
There are beautiful churches and monasteries in the surrounding area. The monastery in Bonlanden with its largest nativity scene, its gardens and home-baked cakes is also worth a visit. The same goes for the monastery in Ochsenhausen with its unique organ. In Ulm (Ulm Minster), the fishermen's quarter with its old buildings and the most crooked hotel in the world is located on the small river "Blau". There are also beautiful paths along the Danube through the city park where music is played and there is a small zoo. FUN AND RECREATION: There is the Allgäu Skylinepark 38 km from Mindelheim (south) and LEGOLAND 48 km to the north. There is a thermal spa in Bad Wörishofen 43 km and an adventure pool / sauna area in Ulm 34 km, the next big cinema is Memmingen 18 km I will gladly give you further tips ;-)

| A deposit of € 500 applies to long-term bookings of 4 weeks or more. No deposit is required up to 21 weeks. If you would like to rent for several months, we can arrange a long-term booking price. This will be fixed on request and is dependent on the price of the additional costs. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
