Description
Villa Luna is a very beautiful stone house with swimming pool and whirlpool for up to 11 people , traditionally and comfortably designed at the same time. The house was renovated in 2017 and is surrounded by a well-kept green garden, framed by walls made of local stone. Pleasant tranquillity and privacy is guaranteed to guests. The villa is very spacious and tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The 10 beds provide ample sleeping accommodation. A spacious dining area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom and additional guest toilet are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room with three extra beds for 3 persons ,two more bedrooms with shared bathrooms. The living room has access to a covered balcony with table and on the second floor of the stone house there is a large fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The quick connection to home and the wide world is guaranteed by a free WLAN connection. The private pool ( 50 m2) in the garden in front of the villa allows a refreshing swim in glass-clear water at any time. The pool lighting in the evening makes bathing a special experience. Modern garden furniture and comfortable deck chairs, a wood-burning stove for barbecuing, as well as an enclosed parking space for two cars define the outdoor facilities.

The beautiful stone villa "Luna " is situated in a small village called Selina, near the historic town of St. Lovreč. The villa offers an unforgettable holiday thanks to its location. It is surrounded by a green fenced garden ( 2500 m2)with a view of the sea and the forest landscape. Peace and quiet places will fascinate everyone. Only 3 km from the villa there is a small town of St. Lovreč where you can find pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and post office.

In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). On the farm family Babic you can taste wines from their own production (Malvasia and Teran). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa). Villa Luna is suitable for a quiet holiday in the idyllic Istrian and green environment from where you can come easily to neighboring cities.

Dream holiday...
From the - as always - perfect booking with EuroTours Porec, the smooth handover, the extremely friendly landlords, to the fantastic location, simply perfect. The lovely landlords are always on hand if you need help, but otherwise you have your peace and quiet and don't see each other
The house is quietly and idyllically situated on a small hill with a beautiful view in Selina, a small village near Sveti Lovrec. Unfortunately, there are no shopping facilities etc. here. After a 5-minute drive to Sv. Lovrec, you will find supermarkets, cafés and food options. Of course, everything is a bit quieter and smaller than in the neighbouring big cities. But that's exactly what we were looking for. A quiet holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. It takes about 20-30 minutes by car to get to the town of Porec and the nearby beaches
The house is very spacious, well maintained, perfectly equipped and very clean. There are several seating areas on the terrace and a large gas barbecue on the terrace. There are also two bicycles and a table tennis table to pass the time. Air conditioning is also available in all bedrooms and in the living room. The illuminated pool is very large and extremely clean. There are several shaded seating areas right by the pool. There are enough sunbeds available. In addition, there is a new, very modern and spacious bathroom next to the pool. There is a ground-level shower, a toilet, a washing machine, a clothes horse, towels and everything else
The garden on the huge property is extremely well-maintained and our two dogs were able to enjoy it to the fullest and let off steam. The entire property is completely fenced in by a stone wall and an additional fence (which was extremely important to us because of the dogs)
Simply a place to relax and enjoy. Children happy, dogs happy, family happy.... Many thanks again to Fam. Babic. Simply perfect!
