The Holiday flat

Apartment on the third and last floor of a well maintained house with apartments in the Residence Sainte Hélène. Easy parking.
The stairwell is a lighthouse with fountains and plants. Very comfortable stairs.
Large living-dining room, each with terraces to the terrace / loggia of 16m2. This can be closed in the cooler time by double-glass sliding doors, so you have a veranda. Flat screen with German programs via Lifebox, WIFI, CD-DVD player.
Kitchen with 4 hotplates / ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine with pads, water cooker, combi oven (microwave / oven), plenty of cooking utensils and crockery.
Bedroom with bed of 160x200, double fitted wardrobe, fan, reading lamps and night tables.
The beds were on arrival = no extra charge.
Bathroom with bathtub / hand shower, towels and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The apartment is located on the Sanary facing side of Six-Fours-les Plages - just 500m from the beautiful long beach of Bonnegrace and all the tourist "must have": surfing, "paddling". In the residential area with many second homes. With our fantastic shopping cart (2x3 wheels and freezer compartment) you can live on the big Sunday market, which is held in the direction of the beach, to the well-stocked Carrefour Market, to the traderur on the Avenue de la Mer. Opposite, there is a small Moroccan resturant: very delicious! The orchard is only 100m away. Who 15 to 20 min. Along the boulevard comes to Sanary, with its boat to the Calanques, the fjords, its morning fish market, the pretty shops with art and decoration of the special kind, its history with German exile artists.

On arrival the beds were covered (2 bedspreads of 140x200), set of small towels, bathmats, kitchen towels,
Reagents included. Heating / electricity, tourist tax and final restraint in the normal frame (dishes clean in the closet, etc.) also.
For renting 2 weeks the price is reduced by € 40.-

additional information

This is our apartment, which goes beyond a holiday apartment. We want to keep that nice. Certainly you can occasionally visit, but certainly not every night or until late hours.
In the apartment you can not hear its neighbors. If you do not wear any clattering (wood) shoes, all are glad.

Since 2000 we are already in the south and rent, if we are not there ourselves. We "reduced", and it was also hard for us. Due to our age and the related quirks, my wife and I decided to sell our house in La Crau. On the other side of Toulon, we have found this spacious apartment, which appeals to us by its proximity to the sea, to many small and large restaurants and to Sanary. First of all: open all year. We love to walk in the winter or spring, when the flower begins, one of the "sentier de littoral", coastal walks. In the summer the beach attracts, but also "faire le paddle". Culture is also available in Sanary all year round.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreich. Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter für uns da und sie gaben und gute Tipps. Wir verbrachten in Six-Fours-Plages eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Geräuschkulisse der Strasse.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet viel Raum für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge in der Gegend gegeben. Strände für jeden Geschmack in unmittelbarer Nähe, obwohl im August mussten wir nicht lange suchen, um einsame Buchten zum schnorcheln zu finden(Auto von Vorteil). Als einziger Nachteil wäre vielleicht die Nähe zur Hauptstraße zu erwähnen, welche man bei offenen Fenstern hört....ansonsten alles top!
