The property is located near the small, typical Italian village of Brezzo di Bedero on the east coast of LAGO MAGGIORE (Provincia Varese).
From the large terrace of the house and the park-like large garden enjoy beautiful panoramic views on the lake and the opposite mountains. The property is located in a south-west facing position from morning to night with fantastic sunsets.
The main floor of the house offers sleeping places for 4 adults and is equipped with a living / dining area with an open kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower complete the floor. Through the large panoramic windows one reaches from the living room directly on the generous balcony and the terrace with awning. A barbecue area under palm trees invites you to linger.
Further two sleeping places for adults are on the lower floor as well as another bathroom with shower and WC. On this floor are also the sports room and the washing machine.
The lake with beach access is reachable in 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

Great holiday
We spent wonderful, relaxing days at Villa Verdi. After the many excursions around Lake Maggiore, we were always happy to come back to Villa Verdi and enjoy the beautiful terrace and private garden. The sunsets were unforgettable.
The house is super equipped, we didn't lack anything.
Any questions that arose during our stay were answered quickly.

Quiet holiday with a fantastic view!
We can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience a quiet holiday. The house is located high above the lake, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot (however, the footpath is steep and only accessible on foot). There is also a great restaurant within walking distance. However, the shore road is right by the lake. You can't really hear the road at the house, but sometimes you can only hear the train from a distance. All in all, it was a relaxing, quiet holiday with a great terrace and all the amenities you need.

Schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Besonders abends bietet sich ein eindrucksvolles Panoramabild.
Die sonnige Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Familie Schmidt war super und unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse hoch über dem See
Die Villa Verdi ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden des Ostufers des Lago Maggiore. Die Villa ist frisch renoviert und eingerichtet. Alles ist geschmackvoll und modern. Von allen Räumen aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse, auf der man eigentlich den ganzen Tag verbringen möchte. Oder man legt sich gemütlich in einen Liegestuhl im grossen Garten. Das Grundstück liegt wunderbar ruhig und friedlich und die schweizer Nachbarn sind ausgesprochen nett.
Bei auftretenden Problemen kümmert sich der Vermieter sehr schnell um eine Lösung. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die etwas engen Schlafzimmer und die dadurch fehlenden Nachtschränkchen mit Beleuchtung - nicht gerade ideal für Buchleser im Bett. Ansonsten lässt die Ausstattung der Villa Verdi keine Wünsche offen - sehr schön dabei: die grosse, ebenerdig begehbare Dusche. Perfekt ist auch die unkomplizierte Anfahrt mit dem PKW und das Parken auf dem eigenen Grundstück.
Der nahe Ort Luino verfügt über eine komplette Infrastruktur mit allen nur denkbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Laveno mit der Fähre zur anderen See-Seite und als Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der borromäischen Inseln ist nur wenige Auto-Minuten entfernt.
