Sagard is located on the Jasmund peninsula and offers many excursion options. In the nearby harbour town of Sassnitz you can buy fish directly from the cutter. Experience the chalk cliffs in Germany's smallest national park or go swimming in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz - all this is within easy reach from here. On chilly days or to give the kids a change of pace, visit the Jasmar thermal baths just 4 kilometres away with water fun attractions and a variety of wellness offers. There is also a chalk museum there.

Otherwise, the following conditions apply: If canceled up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental, no additional costs will be incurred. After that, 25% of the rental sum will be charged as cancellation fee up to 5 weeks before the start of the rental, 75% of the rental sum, and from 10 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the rental sum will be charged. There is no refund for early departure or non-arrival.

We have furnished this holiday home with great attention to detail and a sense of practicality. All bedrooms have parquet flooring. One of them is equipped with a waterbed and has a walk-in wardrobe. Two seating sets with TV armchairs and dining chairs are upholstered in easy-care leather. The viewing pleasure is enhanced by a Blue Ray player and a home cinema system by Harman/Kardon. If desired, soft music accompanies guests in the bathroom and sauna. Families feel particularly at home because there is a separate play corner with toys for children
Details such as specially coated surfaces in the bathrooms and a softening system for the water are a matter of course in this house. High-quality materials were chosen for the entire interior - here it is solid wood furniture and furnishings of German brand manufacture by Duravit, Hansa, WMF, Rosenthal or Leonardo that characterise the ambience. The high-quality traffic light umbrella from Zangenberg provides shade. After hikes in the cooler season, a wood-burning stove with a glass window provides cosy warmth. We, the Tegeler family, are the owners.

The equipment has been thought of in detail with the guest in mind. Comfort, luxury, and harmony are apt keywords for this beautiful holiday home. We also really enjoyed the quiet and wintery Rügen.
