Holiday home for groups & families from 8 persons - opened Christmas 2016
Holiday with friends or a family reunion: On 200 sqm, with six bedrooms, 12 beds, two extra beds and two children's folding beds, the house offers space for up to 14 adults. The play cellar, sqm of land in the green with playground equipment and the sauna invite you to leisure fun and relaxation. The high-quality furnishings (solid wood furniture, often handmade) create a cosy atmosphere.
Offsite with colleagues:
Use our house for strategy meetings, retreats, etc. Cook together and have a game of table football afterwards - just like in a start-up. The large TV in the living area replaces any beamer, and a flipchart is available on request. The evening can end in convivial company in front of the wood-burning stove.
Children: In addition to the children's travel beds, table football in the cellar, swing with slide and rope ladder, toboggan, Wii, toys and various books, we have a changing mat per travel bed, 2 high chairs, a fall-out protection for the bed and socket protectors in almost all rooms. The large garden offers plenty of space for romping, adventures in nature and watching birds and squirrels.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the outskirts of Braunlage near the forest and cross-country skiing trails, about 10 minutes' walk away from the centre in a quiet residential area.
The area is popular with cyclists. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
Whether cross-country skiing or downhill skiing on the Wurmberg - the largest skiing area in northern Germany: you can prepare and store your equipment in our ski cellar. Two sledges are also available.

The access to the house is barrier-free, also the bathroom on the ground floor as well as the kitchen, living and dining area and the terrace. In one bedroom on the ground floor there is an electrically adjustable bed (head and foot section), in front of which there is sufficient space to navigate with a wheelchair.
The operation of the house is CO2-neutral.

Lovingly furnished holiday home.
We spent a few wonderful days at the holiday house "Braunlager Baude". The holiday house is really well-equipped. It has everything you need and more. Especially the kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and baking. We felt very comfortable and the contact was always friendly and uncomplicated. We will definitely come back.
