Location and surroundings of object
The property is 850m air distance from the sea and from the nearest beaches. From the house is garden with olive trees and fig tree and lots of flowers. On the other side of the house is large barbecue with the terrace and massive this is covered with kiwi and grape plants and so can sit and eat shaded in the shade. There is a green park where there are several swings and other games for meters away there is a football and a basketball court on the distance of cca 300m there are two restaurants named "Gargamelo" and "Medusa" .After 500m is the restaurant " Quartin "and seaside restaurant" Spadići "and restaurant" Istra "very close are also two markets.
Supermarket Kaufland and Lidl are 2 km from the property. The distance is 1000m, veterinarian at 350m, mechanic 500m, rubber servies 500m.

The neighborliness of our apartment is very airy with lots of space between the houses and very quiet. On the distance of 1500 m there is a beach where the animals can also be bathed. The beaches are organized by stones, irons, concrete well with umbrellas, sunbeds and caffebars , Old town is 2500 meters away from our house. In Poreč in summer in the Old Town, many cultural programs are organized: concerts, folklore festivities, rock and jazz music, dance groups, etc. Poreč has two beautiful churches; One of which is the well-known basilica, which has been protected by UNESCO, as well as many studios for painters.
