Description
Rustic wooden house with a beautiful Mediterranean terrace and a wonderful unobstructed view of the Weserberglandsee. Have breakfast in the middle of nature or enjoy a nice balmy summer evening in this wonderful ambience. The holiday home has a large living room with sofa and direct view of the terrace. A fully fitted kitchen with dining table extends the living area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. Our terrace is completely tiled and has a nice seating set and a lounge corner. From the terrace you have direct access to the garden which has a large lawn. Of course you can park your car directly at the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the beautiful Weserbergland near Höxter. The Weser River flows in the immediate vicinity, where you can go fishing, motor boating or canoeing, for example. If you bring your own motorboat, the marina is only a few hundred metres away. The Weserbergland literally invites you to go hiking or cycling. Here you will find wonderful cycle paths along the Weser and through beautiful countryside.

Relaxed vacation
The great, senior-friendly holiday home is located on the idyllic Weserberglandsee. It invites you to relax.
From there you can make many beautiful trips to the surrounding area (Beverungen, Bad Karlshafen, Hann. Münden, Bodenwerder, Kloster Corvey, etc.).
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Pure relaxation
A lovingly furnished cottage to feel comfortable. Everything clean and appealing. The thermal baths and bike rental complete the perfect relaxing holiday. Those who want can also do an active holiday.

Holiday at the lake
Will really miss the great view of the lake from the terrace! Spent beautiful days in great heat on the terrace in the shade, always with a bit of wind. Trips to Bad Karlshafen, Höxter, Beverungen: worth seeing!

Super Christmas
Fantastic location, ideal for visiting Christmas markets in the Harz, Hameln, Göttingen or Holzminden. Super landlord, soft beds and towels. Everything super clean and cosy. I have just booked for October. The forests in the area are wonderful for hiking in autumn. The zoo is worth a visit and the local restaurants and cafes are to be recommended. Super Ferienhaus zum erholen
Am 30.07.2017 angekommen und gleich wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und mit allem
was man so braucht ausgerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut.
Auch ein Lob an die Vermieter, kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und man kann viel unternehmen.
Kann dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir haben hier zu zweit einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Häuschen und die Lage direkt am schönen See ist einfach der Knaller. Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet und alles ist Hell und freundlich Eingerichtet. Wir haben viel unternommen. In der nahen Umgebung sind soviele Sehenswürdigkeiten das man garnicht alle auf einmal schafft. Am besten ist die direkte Anbindung an den Weserradweg. Von hieraus haben wir supertolle Radtouren entlang der Weser gemacht.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, hier war einfach alles Spitze.
