In order to offer our guests a beautiful and high-quality temporary home, we have completely refurbished and equipped the flat. A well-designed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and other accessories provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spacious and new bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and bath products. Of course, shampoo and shower gel are also provided. Fine bed linen, new high-quality beds (a box spring bed and an Italian real wood veneered design bed with branded mattresses and slatted frames) offer your back relaxation and ensure a good night's sleep. The washing machine and dryer are located in the large storage room and make travelling with less luggage easier. The ironing board and iron are also provided. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Thus, there are a total of 3 TVs with satellite connection available (55 inch TV in the living room and 40 inch TV in each of the bedrooms). In addition, our flat has high-speed internet via WLAN and in-house LAN. We are happy to provide you with a baby cot on request. As parents of three children, we attach particular importance to selected materials, such as breathable baby mattresses. The lovingly furnished play corner will delight your children.

The house is located in a quiet and at the same time close to the city with the best infrastructure. You can reach the city centre of Mainz in a few minutes by bus or by car. The Ober-Olmer forest is only about 300 metres away and ideal for relaxing walks and hikes. Or start your morning jog right outside the front door! Mainz is also a media and cultural city. ZDF, SWR, SAT 1 have their headquarters here and go on air here. Many artists, museums and theatre companies invite you to visit. Our high-quality and quietly located flat is in a two-family house that was completely renovated in 2017 in the popular Mainz district of Lerchenberg - in the immediate vicinity of the forest and with all the advantages of the city infrastructure (bus lines, tram, shopping centre, doctors, banks and much more.). The residential street has little traffic and leads to a dead end. Our flat is the perfect starting point for exploring Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Rhine-Main and Rheingau - with lots of wine, wine and again The proximity to nature invites you to sporting activities or helps you to simply unwind and recharge your batteries. The flat can serve as a haven of peace and a retreat after all the activities or hard work. We find it an excellent fit for the needs of business travellers, corporate clients and long-term tenants.

Mainz is worth a trip.
A cozy holiday apartment that offers all the amenities that contribute to a nice and pleasant stay. Mainz, Wiesbaden, and the surrounding area invite you to visit, engage in activities, and linger. We had a wonderful time, and the weather was also kind to us.
