The flat is modern and very attractively furnished, it has been renovated and equipped with all comforts. The bedroom has a double bed that can be easily separated into two single beds. In the living room there are two sofas, the larger of which can be converted into a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more overnight guests. The bathroom is equipped with a wide washbasin, a WC with backwash flush and a shower. The kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and coffee maker
Flat screen TV, DVD player, a small music system and WLAN are also part of the equipment. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

Location and surroundings of object
Our flat offers you a great view from the 7th floor with a wonderful distant view towards the south. The forest and the mountains are at your feet. In the complex there is a beautiful indoor swimming pool, as well as a wellness - sauna area, many other possibilities such as fitness room, mini golf and archery. A toboggan slope is located directly at the house. Further sports possibilities: In summer mountain biking, Noßrdic walking, hiking, or a trip to the Wurmberg, Lower Saxony's highest mountain, visit the forest swimming pool in Hohegeiß. In winter: Tobogganing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, skiing. There is a small shop in the village, also within easy reach. A larger supermarket is only 5km away. There is a street café and a bar in the complex. Football is often shown on the big screen. Enjoy our quiet flat to relax. Some of the owners live in the complex themselves. Directly adjacent is the pretty spa park with fish ponds and water features. For your health there is a water basin for Kneipp treatments. The Wurmberg mountain, 970 m above sea level (normal zero), is 13 km away and has a modern skiing and snow-making facility with a total length of 10.8 km. The Brocken is approx. 25km away.

The balcony has four chairs and a small table. Cushions for the chairs are in the newly installed closet in the bedroom. There are enough parking spaces available free of charge. Monster scooter from the high "Wurmberg" into the valley, a special kind of pleasure. Hohegeiss is situated at an average altitude of 600m and is known as the highest mountain village in the Harz. Therefore you have a certain snow guarantee, therefore also well suited for cross-country skiing. The cross-country trails start in the immediate vicinity of the house and the downhill slope with its two drag lifts is on the opposite slope. The price includes the use of the swimming pool. There is the possibility to use the sauna, massage practice and physiotherapeutic practice in the house, but the various treatments are not included in the price. A bread service is also available.
