Description
In our lovingly renovated holiday home we offer you the opportunity to relax in our beautiful village Bruchhausen an den Steinen, to experience nature and the surroundings or simply to enjoy the peace and the view.
Our apartment Glatzer Rose has a large bedroom, on request with cot, a living room with day bed , a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower
So they have in the apartment maximum 4 people place.
The apartment is located on the upper floor.
With an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature, whether from the large terrace or from our garden, you are invited to hike, walk, make trips to the neighboring towns such as Willingen, Olsberg, Winterberg or simply enjoy the sun in a deck chair
To the holiday house belongs a terrace, which invites to eat, drink and stay. From the terrace you can go into our garden, which is managed by us. There we offer you a sunbathing lawn with a seating area and deckchairs, for sunbathing, resting and playing.
Pets are not allowed in our house. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace

1. Booking
The booking comes about with your registration by telephone or by e-mail.
2. Payments
Within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation/invoice a deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is due. The remaining amount is due in cash upon arrival.
The booking is only valid after the deposit has been received.
3. Arrival and departure
Our apartment is, unless otherwise agreed, on the day of arrival from clock to move in and on the day of departure please until clock to release.
4. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
5. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
6. Cancellation
If you are not able to start your already booked vacation, we ask you to inform us in writing or by telephone. In this case, cancellation fees of up to 90% of the invoice amount may be incurred if we are unable to re-let the apartment.
In the event of a new rental, we will not charge any further fees and will refund the deposit.

Pets are not allowed Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, also in consideration of the next tenants. In case of violation, the landlord has the right to terminate the contract without notice. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the rent. 4. Arrival and departure The apartment is to be occupied on the day of arrival at the earliest from clock and to be released on the day of departure, if not otherwise agreed, at the latest by clock. At the end of the rental period, the tenant has to hand over the apartment to the landlord in a clean and orderly condition and to hand over the keys or leave them in the apartment. If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. 5. Cancellation If you cannot start your already booked vacation, we ask you to inform us in writing or by telephone. In this case, cancellation fees of up to 90% of the invoice amount (excluding the ) may apply, provided that an alternative rental is not possible. up to 80 days before arrival: 10% of the total price (at least 30,- Euro) up to 79 to 40 days before arrival: 25% of the total price (at least 30,- Euro) up to 39 to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total price up to 13 days before arrival: 90% of the total price In case of a renewed rental you will not incur any costs and we will refund the deposit. |

fijn huis met geweldige tuin
wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie huis met prachtige tuin. Overal zitjes, bloemen, bijen en vlinders. Bakker op loopafstand, mooie wandelingen vanuit het huis maar ook iets verder weg. Schoon en met zorg ingericht.
