A 60 sqm bungalow awaits you, with 3 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. A pellet stove of the brand Edilkamini Tiny is available.
The adjacent terrace and the picturesque view of Lake Garda invite you to linger at any time of the day.
A communal swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols is available for free use.

Summer vacation
Great bungalow with good facilities. Regarding the location, one must know that Lake Garda can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. However, the view from the bungalow makes up for it. The on-site service (including bread service and small purchases) works smoothly. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant on the premises anymore, but there were highly recommended places in the nearby village (about 15-20 minutes on foot). If you are looking for tranquility, Mr. Helms' bungalow is the right place.

Beautiful holiday home ... dream view
We had a wonderful time in a very well-kept holiday home with a dream view, situated a little higher up on Lake Garda in a beautiful complex that is very child-friendly and also dog-friendly. There was a large pool which is well suited for children ... there is a small kiosk or café restaurant where you can have a coffee, cool drinks and an ice cream ... a pool boy is always on site ... In the holiday home there is everything you need for your holiday, coffee machine grill, cutlery, plates, bowls, bed linen pillows, hoover and and and ... In the morning you can even reserve the bread rolls.... Finally we can say that we felt very comfortable there with our dog...Lake Garda alone is always worth a trip...the landlord Mr. Helm is super nice and always approachable and very correct...From our side we can say that you can have a wonderful holiday there and we will do that again soon....
