Description
The flat has a living/dining room with open kitchen, a master bedroom, a children's room with 2 single beds and a bathroom. A cot and high chair as well as a cosy play corner are available for our little guests. A small terrace invites you to linger.
In the garden house there are bicycles for adults to explore the surrounding area. A small electric barbecue is also provided for you there.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Visquard belongs to the East Frisian municipality of Krummhörn in the district of Aurich and is about 13 km from Emden and 4 km from Greetsiel. It is located on the edge of the Sielmönker Bucht. Developed farm roads lead to the villages of Manslagt and Pilsum and via the village of Appingen to Greetsiel. The Greetsieler Tief, a watercourse open to water hikers, connects the Warftendorf with the above-mentioned villages and with Pewsum.
Visquard is a typical round terp village (Plattdeutsch for mound) with a diameter of about 450 metres. The church is situated at the highest point, and winding little lanes and paths lead around it.

The dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel is only 4 km from Visquard
Greetsiel lies directly on the Leybucht, a small bay on the East Frisian west coast. Large parts of the bay were gradually dyked, so that today Greetsiel is the only harbour village on the Ley Bay
To the west of Greetsiel is the Leyhörn nature reserve, which is part of the Krummhörn EU bird sanctuary
Among the East Frisian seaside resorts, Greetsiel has been able to preserve its townscape with the old fishermen's houses to this day. In the picturesque fishing harbour, 27 shrimp boats are still moored.

Satisfied all round
We have been going to Visquard for 20 years now, but this accommodation was also new to us. We found everything very satisfactory. The reception by the manager and the handing over of the flat keys was very nice and extremely friendly.
The flat is in a very clean and well-kept condition. The furnishing of the flat is also o.k.. We also met the owners during our stay. Very nice contact and very friendly. We reported a small problem to the owners and it was solved immediately. Perfect. We will gladly come back and can recommend the flat without hesitation.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in einer der schönsten Regionen an der Nordseeküste
Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen in der FeWo Urlaub gemacht und haben uns sehr über die Freundlichkeit, mit der wir empfangen worden sind und die tolle Ausstattung gefreut.
Gerade für eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern ist die Wohnung ideal. Es gibt reichlich Spielmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen, der Ort Visquard ist sehr ruhig und sogar ein Spielplatz in der Nähe. Der Urlaubsort Greetsiel ist schnell erreicht - auch mit dem Rad -, wo es zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Ebenfalls schnell ist man in Norddeich oder anderen Küstenorten, von denen man für einen Tagesausflug zum Strand auf die Inseln fahren kann.
Uns hat es sehr gut im Möwennest gefallen!

Schöner wohnen
In visquart bei den Carons war es wirklich sehr schön. Auch die liebe Frau Dirksen soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben.... immer nett, immer hilfsbereit. Waren mit dem fahrrad viel unterwegs... greetsiel, pilsumer leuchtturm, pewsum ... sehenswert.

Alles was wir brauchten...
...fanden wir in der Wohnung. Liegt schön abseits von jeglichem Trubel (Dorf) und doch ist man in wenigen Fahrminuten mit dem Auto an den "Touristenpunkten" angelangt.
Alles war sehr sauber und die Abwicklung war von vorne bis hinten problemlos.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich auch nicht an unseren etwas lauteren Kindern gestört. Es gibt sogar einen Spielbereich in der Wohnung. In wenigen Minuten ist man aber auch auf einem kleinen Spielplatz.
Für uns war es ein gelungener Kurzurlaub und ich schließe gerne mit den Worten unserer Kinder: "Schade, dass wir nicht immer hier wohnen können..."

Super schöne Zeit!
Wir waren die ersten „nach Corona“-Gäste in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist gerade für Erholungssuchende sehr zu empfehlen! Man kann wunderbar Fahrrad fahren und der nächste Ort, Greetsiel, ist ein wunderschöner , gemütlicher Fischerort. Auch noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Die beiden Carons - es war eine wunderbare Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder??☀️?

Erholung garantiert
Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien gut ausgestattet. Toll ausgewählte Spielsachen laden zum Spielen ein.
Auch ansonsten ist alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Die Lage ist sehr sehr ruhig. Uns fehlte eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber mit dem Auto war man schnell im nächsten Ort.
Alles in allem eine süße, kleine Wohnung.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden nett in Visquard empfangen und hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür hat man dort eine herrliche Ruhe. Auf jeden Fall sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr schön!
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, für kleine Kinder ist ebenfalls alles da: Spielzeug, Betten, Stühlchen... Visquard ist ein malerisches abgelegenes Örtchen. Zwar muss man für Einkäufe fahren (5 km), genießt auf der anderen Seite aber absolute Ruhe nahezu ohne Autoverkehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Ostfriesland
Uns hat das Haus, ebenfalls die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. es liegt in ruhiger, dörflicher Umgebung und bietet einen besonders erholsamen Aufenthalt. Alles bestens!
