Summer 2017 in the quaint farmhouse.

We felt very comfortable in this quaint atmosphere. The house is lovingly furnished and we found everything we needed. The surroundings are charming and there are numerous excursion possibilities. We can highly recommend the house. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. If the sauna and pool are renewed, everything is perfect.

Beautiful and very special place to rest and relax! The house is furnished with a lot of attention to detail and is at least as beautiful as seen in the pictures. The fireplaces provide an extra cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and the bathroom are perfectly equipped. There are plenty of fresh towels and everything is very clean and tidy. The property around the house is huge and great to explore. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to recommend!!!

Exceptionally charming house to feel comfortable.

We spent a very nice winter vacation week in this charming Umgebindehaus. The house has been lovingly renovated and is comfortably furnished. Wooden beam ceilings and creaking floorboards underline the charm of the house, and the occasional sticking door didn't bother us. The house was sufficiently large for 6 adults and five children (1 1/2 - 4 years old). Especially the kitchen with the long dining table was a popular meeting point not only for meals. The children were able to explore the large garden, climb trees, and explore the volcanic crater behind the property. Anna and Paul are warm, helpful hosts who gave us many tips for excursions and can tell a lot about the region and the history of the house. The region is very attractive in terms of landscape, there are great castles to visit and mountains to climb, and the Giant Mountains are not far away. An absolute recommendation for a vacation in the countryside with a rustic, extraordinary ambiance.
