The spacious garden (4000m2) is framed by ancient oaks, fruit trees and even includes a mini-playground for children complete with swings and a teeter-tooter. The breathtaking view includes the surrounding green "Cesane" hills, an ancient stone town protected by the ruins of a medieval tower and a vast valley leading to the seashore. It is perfect for a peaceful break in the countryside or to explore the delights of this beatiful and genuine part of Italy

The house is less than 30 minutes from the beach and it is ideally located to provide comfortable access to the rest of central Italy, including the numerous towns in the Montefeltro area - renowned for its art and traditions.
