The vacation house VILLA ROSI” is below the village COCCORINO, 15 km South of TROPEA and 70 km South of LAMEZIA TERME (airport). The holiday house (50 QM) is situated on a private-property in quit singles-situation with a garden with tropical vegetation. The house lies 200 m over the sea and offers a marvellous view of the sea and the Aioli islands. The proximity to the sea as well as the trips possibilities of numerous historic and natural history sights make the situation of the house especially attractive and recover-dear. An ideal place for a quit and relaxing vacation, at which on can enjoy the agreeable and carefree atmosphere.

Coccorino lies at the mountainsides the „Monte Poro“ south behind the Capo Vaticano. Below the house in Coccorino–Mare is a lesser beach with management in the summer-season. The rocky coast offers moreover many possibilities for one diving - or snorkel-vacation. For travelling - friends is the „Monte Poro “a true paradise. Capo Vaticano is approx. 10 km and Tropea approx. 15 km. From Tropea the ferries are going to the Lipari Islands (Isoloe Eolie) Next railway station is Ricadi (approx. 5 km) or Tropea (approx. 15 km) The airport Lamezia Terme is approx. 70 km.
