On a gently swung hill far away from the seashore a marvelous, unverbaute prospect is offered approx. 500 m on the sea and on agriculture country with banana plan days. Our house is the southernmost of a covering with individual mansions, which are inhabited by resident Englishmen partly. The zufahrtsstrasse is private.

The house is approx. 10 kilometers west of Pafos in the municipality Peiya and two kilometers east the large Akamas protected area.

Since we use the 3-Zimmerwohnung during the vacations, the dwelling is available primarily in the meantime (May and June, starting from in the middle of August to at the end of of Septembers, off at the beginning of November), but is flexible we. We look for long-term tenants, who aim at a rent at least three weeks. In particular seniors or regularly returning tenants are desired. The installation of a heating is planned on next winter.
