Le Mas des Deux Filles is a country house full of character and charm, located in the heart of the Provence. It is situated in the middle of a 13 hectares wine estate and surrounded by a full grown garden with plane-trees, cypresses, lavender and olive trees with a beautiful panoramic view on the Mont Ventoux and Les Dentelles de Montmirail. Le Mas des Deux Filles is a good base to make excursions in the region. A 15 minute walk through the vineyards will get you to the village of Caromb to get some warm croissants, a newspaper or have a glass of pastis.

Le Pigeonnier results from the partly renovation of the old farmhouse. Because of its thick walls, you will appreciate the coolness in summer. Through the original loopholes in the walls on the ground floor you can admire Les Dentelles de Montmirail and Caromb. The modern kitchen and sitting room offer you a lot of comfort. From the kitchen and the sitting room, you have direct access to the garden and your spacious private terrace. Downstairs is a first separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, cooker with oven and exhaust. The sitting room has satellite television, dvd- and cd player, radio and internet connection. A wooden painted staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom offer lots of privacy and storage. The master bedroom has a vanity sink and a big bed from 1.80 by 2 m. The second bedroom is the original dovecote and the height of this space created the possibility off designing a landing. The down space of the dovecote has an open bathroom with an Italian shower, a vanity sink and a bed from 1.60 by 2 m. On the landing are 2 separate beds each 0.90 by 2.m. An extra bathroom has an Italian shower, a vanity sink and a toilet.

Le Mas des Deux Filles is situated 2 km from the village Caromb, and can be reached on foot walking through the vineyards or by car. Caromb is a typically Provencal village with about 2500 inhabitants. Tuesday is the weekly market day. There are attractive shops and you will find there a drugstore, 2 doctors, 2 bakeries, 2 cigar shops, a library, a butcher, a small supermarket and a tourist office. Caromb has a cooperative wine cellar and various private cellars where you can taste “le Côte du Ventoux”. There are 2 restaurants and several cafés with terraces. Sunday mass is at 11 o’clock.
