Lounge with fireplace and table seating up to 6 persons. Double bedroom with handbuilt furniture. Children room with 2 twin beds, a small wardrobe and toys. From the corridor, there are stairs giving direct access to an attic bedroom which has a double bed and also a computer with games. This room is not suitable for children due to the stairs. Separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an ample lounge for entertainment with table for up to 5 persons and dards. It has access to the exterior. Another double bedroom with French window giving on to the backyards. Separate shower room. Laundry with washing machine and iron. In the garden there is a playground that children will certainly appreciate. The swimming pool is 9.5 by 4.5 metres with a depth varying from 1.3 to 2 metres.
