Self-catered 3-bedroom villa with shared swimming pool 19km drive to Sunny Beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels & sun beds provided. Free airport transfer. Located in a gated community of 11 houses (all for rent). On site facilities a large shared swimming pool (7 x 14m) and BBQ with outside dining area. The complex was built in 2005 in a typical Bulgarian village and all villas, swimming pool and the gardens are designed and built to ensure a perfect holiday for all tenants staying at the complex. The villa consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bathroom (shower/WC) and living room with open plan kitchen. The villa is perfect for families with children, couples and for all those who want to enjoy a holiday away from the mass tourism. The whole complex is managed professionally by a local company. You will find the house clean and prepared for your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed 1x weekly. The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are kept in top condition. 20% of the rental charge is payable on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable with the balance payment. Late bookings can be paid cash on arrival. We provide a full airport transfer service for four people. Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night. The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there. At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport. If your group size is more than 4 people then a taxi (£10 each way) will be provided to follow or the driver will escort a hire-car as well, directly to the villa. There are no extra charges for water, electricity and pool servicing. These charges are included in the rental price. Changeover day is flexible. Minimal Payment is for one week. Then payment per day (e.g. if you stay for 9 nights - you pay only for 9 nights) We provide a small welcome pack as an option for GBP 15. It consists of bread, butter, ham, eggs, milk, water, tea, coffee and beer. Towels incl. in the rental price. Changed weekly. At your arrival you will find a file with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short description of the area with way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). The holiday house is very close to all locations – max. 20-30 mins drive to beach or bigger supermarkets. The swimming pool is of course in front of your front door. You are not let alone after your arrival. We (the property owners or our representatives) are visiting the complex every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our/their mobile phone number in case of emergency

The village resides in the foothills of the Balkan mountain with an altitude of 300 m above the sea level. The days there are hot and the nights are pleasantly cool. It offers magnificent views towards Bourgas and the sea. It is a tranquil and quite location away from the clamour of the city. The place is perfect for holiday, or permanent stay. The village is 17km from Bourgas and 19km from Sunny Beach and the town of Nessebar You will find the village store, a bar and a petrol station in a radius of a few hundred meters. Only 20 min to the largest and best known holiday resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can refuel yourself with energy, stroll trough antic alleys, swim in the blue sea or having a delicious meal and refreshing drinks in one of the hundreds pubs, bars and restaurants. The beaches are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children. All family activities include water parks, water sports, go-kart, cycling, windsurfing, jet skis and bungee jumping. There is and abundance of pubs, restaurants, water sports, horse riding etc available within a 20 km radius. The historic towns of Nessebur and Sozopol are nearby as are the beautiful beaches of Dyuni and Pomorie.
