A free standing coutry house with 80m² of living space, for maximum 5 people. We gladly put our very comfortable, one hundred year old house with its stables and barn at the diposal of nice people. The 1600 m²plot with meadows, lawns and a garden lined with roses, beeches and boxed hedges. It is is perfect for adults, young people and families with childern, who can enjoy the open countryside and the surroundings,as well as the idyllic setting of the house.

The farm consists of a total area of 300 m²,of which 80 m² is for living and 230 m² for out houses. The living area is traditional and charming, but at the same time it also has modern comforts, e.g. running warm and cold water, a renovated showerroom and a fitted kitchen for people, who love cooking etc.

The village of Virrestad consists of scattered cottages of which the most are used by their Swedish owners as holiday homes.The small nice harbourtown of Simrishamn is 11 km away and has many nice restaurants, little shops and an excellent Touristoffice (which can provide up-to-date information on cultur events, such as museum, castle tours, concerts, guidingtours, art exibitions etc and were to go for the beautiful beaches und nature)
