Master Bedroom has a large queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and VCR with a selection of films for all ages, radio/telephone alarm, a large en-suite with corner bath, separate shower, WC and double vanity unit. The master bedroom over looks the pool area and has full access via the patio doors. Second Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, Cable TV, en-suite with spacious shower, vanity unit and WC. Themed Disney Room with Tiger and Pooh Bear and has a bunk bed comprising of single top bunk and a double bottom. Bedroom four is a twin room over looking the pool area and benefits from a ceiling fan Shared Bathroom is between the disney room and twin bedroom which incorporates a bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC. The Kitchen has a breakfast area, complete with cooker, American sized fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, orange juice maker and all usual kitchen utensils. Formal Dining Area with full mirrored wall, Large glass table ideal for that quiet romantic night in. The Lounge is beautifully furnished, with cable TV, DVD Player and hi-fi stereo system for relaxation after those busy Disney days. The DVD also has a selection of videos for all ages. Private South facing 26 x 13 screened pool that gets the sun all day long, there is a separate childrens pool for the safety and enjoyment of the younger members. Equipped with tasteful lounges and patio furniture, a large decking area is covered by screening giving you protection against insects but not impairing your suntan. By night the pool and patio can be illuminated. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with coat hangers. All linen and towels including pool/beach towels are included. A large washer and dryer is located in the double garage. For extra peace of mind and safety of personal valuables a safe is installed.
