The Rustico was again again developed under attention by monument protection editions 2004/05 and extended by the cultivation, which accommodates today the dwelling with kitchen. The main entrance to the house leads across the large glass door in the cultivation. The kitchen is modern and functionally equipped. The entire house is equipped with a gas heating, heating elements is in all areas. In the summer an individually controllable air conditioning system provides for pleasant temperatures. Before the cultivation are a terrace and directly at the house an additional considered range, which can be used depending upon weather conditions. On the 1. Floor was put on a further terrace.
