It is situated in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants, grocery and all the magic that Orlando has to offer. You will not be dissappointed. ENJOY! 0ur spacious family home is only 15 minutes from Disney and all other major attractions are within 25 minutes. With its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms it is licensed to sleep up to 10 persons. A two storey home, Bella Villa has plenty of space to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks either in the comfortably furnished Living room or around the South facing pool with covered lanai and patio furniture. THE LIVING ROOM has vaulted ceilings that give the room a light and airy quality. Here you will find the entertainment system with a cable tv, dvd and video players. It has two sofas -one of which is a queen sleeper to accommodate two guests if needed. This room is open plan and adjoins the dining area and kitchen. It also has access to the pool area. For your safety and peace of mind all the exits to the pool are alarmed so no-one can escape without someone knowing. THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with all modern appliances: microwave,dishwasher,electric cooking range,fridge freezer and all the utensils you could ever want to use should you decide to cook at home from a teapot to a corkscrew. There is a separate laundry room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. THE BEDROOMS. The home has 2 Master bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. They each have QUEEN beds, cable tv and clock radio. Both Master bedrooms have a large walk in closet in the en-suite. The upstairs accommodation comprises of Master Bedroom #2, and two other bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The Pool area with lanai is perfect for watching the floridian sun set or for lazing around on your days off. The pool has steps to gain access and a depth of 6 ft at the deep end.

Bella Villa is set in the gated community of Westridge (Manors North. It is a quiet, tranquil, established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of the 192 and 27.It is a mixture of holiday and residential homes so at festive times such as christmas has a feel of the "real america"as residents decorate their homes. It has easy access to the I4 and both coasts ,all the shops and restaurants along the 192 and the 24 hour Wal-mart at the 192 and 27 junction. It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 10 minutes drive. We have tennis courts, a community pool with changing facilites and a childrens play area all for our guests to use. Westridge is a haven of peace yet still close to the action. So why not stay in your own home while on vacation. Why cramp your family into hotel rooms when you can have the space and freedom to REALLY enjoy your holiday, with all the magic that Florida has to offer.
