The accommodation is set over 2 levels, with most being upon the upper level, and comprises 2 twin bedrooms, and 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double are separate from the upper floor, making it ideal for those “party all night teenagers” who you will not want disturbing you when they come in at the early hours! To the upper floor the master double is en-suite with double shower, and there is a separate bathroom for the twin room on this floor. All rooms are fully equipped, decorated and furnished to the highest standards, and all have wardrobe and storage facilities, the owners have left you wanting for nothing and have provided the very best in linen and towels. Also on the upper level we have a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, clothes airer, iron and board, and washing machine and dishwasher…. In the well-appointed and cosy lounge we have colour TV equipped with sky satellite coverage, a dvd/cd player with a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy, and also a video player, seating for 9 people and a dining table, which will also seat 9 The villa has a full central heating system, and ceiling fans to cool you in the summer months. To the exterior of the property we have a large and luxurious floodlit private pool with outside shower, landscaped gardens, and ample terracing for sunbathing and dining “al fresco” this is hosted in a separate outdoor “ranch style” BBQ dining area with table and seating. There are ample sun beds for that all important tan topping, from either the pool side, or the fantastic solarium over the villa with accompanied garden chairs The villa forms part of a superb site called “Balcon Al Mar” which hosts its own bars and restaurants, supermarkets, banking facilities and all of those little extras which make for that perfect holiday getaway, so for those who don’t want to drive it is a perfect retreat, it is also perfect for walkers and sightseers, as there are park walks just 1 minute from the property, also the resort operates an hourly bus service into Javea !!
