High standard furnishings throughout make this house particularly enjoyable. The master suite with king-size bed and private access to the pool has an elegant passage to the spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate restroom with Babycrib and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms with king-size beds and the fourth bedroom with a queensize bed. Our vacation home is equipped with all amenities and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 persons. Cable-TV and DVD in livingroom and all bedrooms, also Internet Access and PC is available. There is also a boat dock and a boat what can be rented separately.

With a stay of more than one week, you've got the possibility to extend your stay daily. Daily rate= weekly rate/7. Seasonal price increase: 20% on Eastern and Christmas/New Year, minimum stay in season 2 weeks. All prices are plus the amerikan VAT and tourist tax 11% and incidential electrical costs (deducted with meter reading $0,10/kwh). Endcleaning: $ 150.00 Deposit: $ 500.00 Advance payment: 20% payable at closing of contract. Final payment: four weeks prior to beginning of rental.
