It is sorrounded by a private garden. It was a little tower, probably it belonged to the ancient walls of the borgo. At the first floor with a terrace (and a slope to the garden), there is the living/dining room with fireplace and the kitchen. A mezzanine looks into the living room and it is equipped with a bed/armchair. At the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double room) with two bathrooms. From the groundfloor you can acces the private garden nearly the swimming pool. The garden is sunny all day. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of mountains and woods. It is the ideal house for 4-5 people.

The “Borgo di Acquaiura” is located in Umbria region, in the Center of Italy. It was built around the year 1000 along the Flaminia route, which departs from Rome towards the North of Italy. The Borgo is at 750 meters above sea level, and is located on a hill, surrounded by mountains and woods. It was populated by countrymen and the site was a refreshment place for the troops and the messengers of the Pope along the route towards the North of Italy and Rome. The Borgo includes few houses and a church built in honour of San Michele Arcangelo about the year 1500.
