Our messuage is appropriate for approx. 20 m above the lake, calmly and remotely from the main street, in a vineyard. The house with sea-view, has a large considered terrace, 3 bedroom, bath with shower, bath tub, WC, a separate WC, new installation kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher, stove, coffee machine and toaster, large dwelling with esstisch and couch, Sat tv, in the external area large table, 4 sun couches, grill and garden shower. A cradle is present. Property is fenced and parking possibilities exists directly at the house.

Pilzone is approx. to 3 km north of the largest place because of the lake Iseo far away. The small locality, with from the roof of the church tower of growing fig tree, has a baker and a consumption as purchase possibility. One can reach four food restaurants and some Bars to foot from the house well. From our messuage to the lake there is approx. 400 m.
