The Villa, private and not in a complex, is secluded in the romantic forests and rubber plantations of Thalang, 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport, 5 minutes from Mission Hills Golf Course, 10 minutes from Blue Canyon Golf Course, 15 minutes from Phuket Country Club, 25 minutes from Patong, the main tourist area, and 10 minutes from the nearest beaches, Nai Yang, Bang Tao, Surin and Kamala. Patong Beach, the main tourist area is 25 minutes drive. The Villa is set in the forests and Rubber Plantations of the village of Thalang, where you can purchase, within a 5 minute walk to the village, probably the most enjoyable and typical Thai cooking you have tasted from this beautiful country, and with beautiful views of the forested mountains, but within easy driving distance to the beaches and shopping centers. The Villa has 3 large bedrooms with ceiling fans and AC, all with ensuite bathrooms with all bed linen and towels supplied. The Villa can sleep 10 with the inclusion of 2 Sofa Beds. A large 62 sq metre lounge that can seat 10 adjoins the fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine etc etc. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils supplied. An exclusive ‘ live in ‘ maid service is also supplied, included in the rental charge, for cleaning, cooking, laundry service, pool cleaning and BBQ. A private swimming pool adjoins the large Sala BBQ area, complete with BBQ and fridge, for keeping the beer cold, and can seat 10. The 2 sun terraces adjoining the pool has a changing room and shower and is equipped with sunbeds and towels. Also adjoining the pool is a large 500sq metre landscaped Tropical Garden with Palm Trees, Coconut Palms and Tropical Plants. The Villa is completely enclosed by a 7 foot high wall for privacy and has private access. Airport transfers are included in the rental and there is a car available for hire at 600 Baht per day, about $USD 15.. Rates. Prime Season……Nov 1st – Feb 28th………..$USD 1890 per week………..$USD 270 per night High Season……..March 1st – May 31st……$USD 1680 per week………..$USD 240 per night Low Season………June 1st – Oct 31st………$USD 1260 per week………..$USD 180 per night The rates quoted are for a minimum occupancy of 6 guests. Further guests to a maximum of 10 guests are charged at $USD35 per guest/ per night. Payment Terms. A deposit of 75% of the full rental cost is required to secure booking. No exclusions. The balance of 25% of the full rental cost payable 30 days before occupancy. Damage Policy All damage, within the specified dates of rental, to be paid for and collected, in cash, by the maid before departure. The Villa is rented out as self catering ( food supplied by renter ) but a full ‘live in maid ‘ service is supplied. There is only 1 stipulation and that is ……..No Pets. These rates are applicable for short term rental and for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
