This is a newly furnished, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, 4th floor condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything needed for a perfect vacation. A private balcany hosts incredible sunsets directly overlooking the gulf. There is a heated swimming pool. This condo has a king size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen has all new appliances. There is cable TV, movies, games and books for all ages. There are beach towels, beach chairs and coolers ready for a fun day at the beach. This is a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect for families or couples looking to get away and relax.

We are located on the quiet end of the island at Estero Beach & Tennis Club. It is 30 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport and 2 hours from Fort Lauderdale international airport. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The condo is located behind a sandbar that is home to 17 different species of birds. You may cross this sand bar to get to the beach or follow a sand path around it for less than a 5-minute walk to direct gulf. Dolphins can be viewed right from the balcony. This is the perfect vacation paradise.

Fort Myers Beach is a 7-mile long island along the Gulf of Mexico. It is a beautiful island with lots of restaurants, shops, marinas and casino boats. There are dolphin tours, parasailing and jet ski rentals available right on the beach. There are bicycle and moped rentals on the island. Public golfing is across the street. There are 4 tennis courts and a heated pool located on the complex. There is a trolley that runs the length of the island that you may ride for only 25 cents.

Prices are seasonal. October through December 10, 2005 is $650 per week. December 10, 2006 to April 29, 2006, is $875 per week. April 29, 2006 through October 2006 is $475 per week. Pets are welcome for an additional $50 and must weigh less than 25 pounds. Cleaning fee is included. We do ask for a refundable $200 security deposit. We accept cashier's checks, Visa and Mastercard.
