Dillon is a small town bordering the large Lake Dillon Reservoir. It is centrally located in the heart of Ski Country USA in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. There are several great restaurants for either fine or casual dining within walking distance. The Keystone and Arapahoe Basin Ski areas are just minutes away. - Copper Mountain and Breckenridge ski resorts are about 20 minutes away. Vail is about 40 minutes away. - The Summit Stage bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away with free transportation to 4 ski areas. - Enjoy Lake Dillon’s 26 miles of shoreline, stunning views, sailing, fishing, picnics and summer amphitheater performances. - Several restaurants, bars, a bowling alley, tennis, an up-scale pool hall and a movie theatre are within walking distance. - There is a great paved bicycling and hiking path along a lot of the shoreline. - Numerous mountain biking and hiking trails are close by. - The Factory Outlet Malls and other shopping are nearby.

The condo is on the ground floor so it is handicap accessible, but the bathroom door is not too wide, and there are no other handicap amenities. Owner speaks some French but is not fluent. If you want to rent other condos in our building I can refer you to other owners. 3-7 night minimum stay depending on season or add $60 cleaning fee.
