The house is half of a doppelhauses and is in calm housing situation at the edge of the village center in the quarter behind the small Fischer port. From the house to the sea one runs in 5 minutes. In the garden bepflanzten with young fruit trees there are possibilities for crickets. One knows meals on one of 3 of balcony. One can spend the evening wonderful on the roomy roof terrace. From the 4 bedrooms 2 has a double bed, the other 2 bedrooms has in each case 2 single beds. The largest bedroom has an air conditioning system. In the living room still 2 sleep sofas are located. Bedlinen is available. The house has 2 toilets and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Hot water is generated by the sun collectors. For children coming from the beach there is additionally outside a shower. The house is completely furnished. The modern kitchen had a refrigerator with freeze-hurry, a baking-oven, dunsthaube and a water digester. One cooks on gas. It gives a small television and a Dvd-vcd-mp3 to players. In the bathroom is the washing machine. Under the living section is a garage, which can be used without additional costs. The house has approx. 120 square meter floor space and is suitable for the stay up to approx. 8 persons, one could also courses or Workshops there give.

Guezelcamli is a small, calm village opposite the Greek island Samos. It lies approx. 20 kilometers far away from the well-known bathing resort Kusadasi and borders on the national park, in which one can move and climb wonderful. There there are also small, romantic beaches with possibilities for the Picknicken, swimming and snorkels.
