The holidayhome Casa Pepe from Finca Montimar is on the sunny west side of the island, in a quiet, rural location 580m above Playa San Juan, with 11,000 sqm tropical park and beautiful views of the west of the island, La Gomera, La Palma and Teide. The holidayhome Casa Pepe is 55sqm and has a large living room with kitchen and a dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, juicer machine, and kettle. The bedroom has a doublebed (2 x 0,90m x 2m). The bathroom is with shower with massagejets, heating, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, 2 bathrobes, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Other equipments of the house are sat-TV, radio, CD, shared washing machine and dryer for clothing. Towels and bed linens are plentiful but please bring along your own beach towels. The outside area of the holidayhome has a large 18sqm terrace and a covered pergola, chairs and 2 sun loungers and charcoal grill. The holidayhome is within walking distance from the village and supermarket, restaurant and bar. 15 minutes by car to the beaches and golf course. At Christmas season, addition of 15% from the rental will be added from 20.11.-06.01 and during this period we charge minimum 10 days stay.

The holidayhome Herrenhaus is located on the sunny west side of the island, in a quiet, rural location in an 11,000 m2 Finca, 580m above sea level. Finca Montimar has 4 other holidayhome and 4 apartments. The holidayhome and aprtments are all availble for individual rental, but you can also rent several units and togther with the Bedouintent if you are planning a company meeting or party or wedding party. The rooms can canter for about 30 people.
