The holidayhome Casa Julia from Finca Montimar is on the sunny west side of the island in a quiet, rural location 580m above Playa San Juan, with 11,000 sqm tropical park and beautiful views of the west of the island, La Gomera, La Palma and Teide. The holidayhome Casa Julia has 160 square meters living space with a large living room, large kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, and corridor. The kitchen is large with 4 plate gas stove, fridge with freezer combined, microwave combined with steaming oven and grill, toaster, coffee maker, juicer machine an a dining table for 4. The master bedroom is with double bed (2x90x200) and attached bathroom with shower. The second bedroom comes with double bed (2x1mx2m) and also with a attached bathroom with shower. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, 2 bath robes and electric heating. Other facilities of the holidayhome are sat-TV, radio, and heating facilities. Washing machines and dryers are available for common usage for all the guest from Finca Montimar. There are enough towels and bed linen but you are advised to bring along your own beach towels. The outside area of the holidayhome is a covered patio with patio furniture, sun terrace with a tent and a dining table for 6 persons, garden chess set, barbecue area, swimming pool, and parking area. The holidayhome is within walking distance from the village and supermarket, restaurant and bar. 15 minutes by car to the beaches and golf course. At Christmas season, addition of 15% from the rental will be added from 20.11.-06.01 and during this period we charge minimum 10 days stay.

Finca Montimar has 4 other holidayhome and 4 apartments. The holidayhome and aprtments are all availble for individual rental, but you can also rent several units and togther with the Bedouintent if you are planning a company meeting or party or wedding party. The rooms can canter for about 30 people.
