The small villa is made up of : Ground floor : living room with sofa three-quarter bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, closet under the stairs; First floor : double room, single room with two beds, bathroom with bathtub, panoramic balcony. The outside of the house extends for 400/500 square metres and includes a wide garden with chairs, table, beach umbrella, deckchair, shower and washbasin.

The house is furnished and there are some household appliances. There is no equipment for handicapped. The small villa is just few kilometres far from two small charming villages (Patti Marina and San Giorgio di Gioiosa Marea), where you can find banks, shops, supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants where you should taste the famous local dishes: cannoli (Sicilian pastry rolls with sweet filling), arancini (croquettes), granite, maccheroni, etc. Pets are welcomed unless they cause a disturbance or damage the garden; it is forbidden to keep them inside the house. In order to tour Sicily, we advise to reach the house with your mean of transport or to hire it in situ.
